Having worked in the market for 27 years, this is a new one on me.

Can anyone show me 1 (ONE) stock that did what Rufus Harris claims CSHD will do, i.e., close one day and open the next at a so-called "reset" price? Without a reverse split or recapitalization?

Can anyone explain to me how these bonds got "added" to the assets of the company? Without diluting shareholders' equity?
