Their "Listing"? Where would that be?

the Company fails to file any reports in a timely fashion (past the filing of NT 10-Q or NT 10-K, which is a 15 day extension), causing their listing to become Delinquent;


Their (SPCL) filings are already "Late" so they are listed to be:

SEC Reporting - Delinquent
