We will only be told 2 things and 2 things only regarding M&A. 1. That the bidding process is open and 2. the company is no longer for sale or an acquisition or merger has been completed.

You will never hear updates of any progress of any activity during a M&A but only when we wake up one morning and it's been completed or abandoned.

Timing? Hek, could be this Monday morning or in another year, or never.
