My concerns:
- small team. I see 3 engineers plus a cmo who has a minimal profile on LinkedIn w 324 connections. Doesn't look like a thriving team in any way.

- activity in Facebook, twitter has been dead for a while. Last post on Facebook was may 10, 2015. Last post on twitter was sep 2016. This company appears like it's dying from an exposure standpoint.

- I also called both numbers online. Wasn't able to get through to the U.K. or Los Angeles office

- their office (1800 century park, suite 600) is up for rent. Do a search for it.

- founders left last year. I don't see the leadership here.

I wanted to believe this was going to uplist, but their business doesn't seem strong. Seems weak and dying.

Sold my position today.
