Auditing takes time, I've discussed this matter multiple times already with a few accountants I know.
If this was a smaller company (under 10mil) we probably would have already seen the fins. And that's ONLY if they truly began the day the 8K was released.
Now we're talking 30-40 maybe even 50! Million in Revs. They said we should see them by the end of Feb, but it's possible this process will take us into early March it all depends on the size of the firm doing the auditing. They did however say though, that given its been over 2 months since the process has started, we could see them anyday, like I stated, it all depends on the size of the firm doing the auditing.
Auditing isn't a simple here you go process fellas. IMO with the volume we are seeing this isn't just a pump, I think someone has an inside scoop. I do however know that inside buying isn't aloud during the auditing process. Maybe the process is done with, maybe someone on the inside is getting as much as they can before news hits the wire! 61k at .06 is easily going to turn into 500k when it's all said an done IMO.
