Look once they start making sales they may need to get funding from somewhere to help with manufacturing costs. But what's a little dilution when we get big sales. On another thought the mark up on these lasers are so high that the chances are the first few big orders could cover most manufacturing costs with no dilution at all. Remember when they diluted in the past they didn't have the revenue that will now be coming in.
