Snug, I agree that the management has been ineffective as they never meet their timelines which results in a lack of trust and contributes to our weak PPS.

Their refusal to provide ongoing updates regarding phase II of the trial also hurts the stock price. I worry that as in the past the lack of information equates to a lack of activity. The problem now is a delay with our present burn rate means dilution.

I also agree that additional independent board members would be good for the stockholders. Hopefully people who know how to run a start up Bio-tech. However, I do not believe this will happen under PN's tenure.

PN's company roles must be reduced.

As for the sub-buck stock price you were certainly correct but delisting is another, more complex matter. I still believe GP's Russell short theory caused the stock price decline but perhaps we are now being valued fundamentally. Is a market cap of $80 to $100 million unreasonable based on the burn rate and lack of published results? Perhaps not.
