It can't be done because they are legally doing everything that's required.
SPCL may have been delinquent in the past like some are saying, but PIXEL has merged with SPCL leaving them up until March 31st when the 10-k is due to file a report. So no they won't be suspended.

The merger is done. No questions asked. Read may&dec 8ks.


For every sell coming in, there are buys to scoop the shares up. I just grabbed some more.
