As one company plummets into the grey sheets and abyss the may very well rise from the Phoenix
I agree, TAUG could be declared a shell by the SEC and very easily slip to the gray sheets.
But, that's the future. Let's take stock today of Mr. Sethie's neighborhood.
TAUG has no money ($300). TAUG has no office. TAUG has no business phone number. In fact the number TAUG lists rings in the right pocket of Sethie and is his personal cell phone.
TAUG has no office even though it lists and has listed an address in Danbury, CT as its headquarters. TAUG has no employees. TAUG has no management team. TAUG has no business plan.
TAUG has no products. TAUG has a rubber stamp BOD that rarely, if ever, meets. TAUG has no merger candidate. TAUG does have death spiral financing and lots of it. And finally TAUG has "bet the ranch" on a hopeless lawsuit. And TAUG spends hours and hours every day attacking a former BOD member and his company, for no other reason then he gave up on all of the TAUG bullskat and quit.
In effect TAUG has NO value. Is that a record to be proud of? Evidently five people think so.
Just MO.
