AZ, where can I find that R-45 attachment? There does neither a 10-Q dated 12/31/2012 exist, nor can I find the mentioned R-45 attachment.

The company's submission within the R-45 attachment, revealed a possible utilization of an $8.37 Billion Dollar pure possible and pure available Capital Loss Tax Benefit' ... which, as the R-45 also revealed, is able to be utilized within five years of the reorganization' ...

Due to the fact that WMIH-Corp, revealed this information within its own filed, SEC, 12/31/2012 10-Q / attachment R-45, ... is the company under any preparation to utilize this massive tax relief benefit, prior to the five year expiration date as mentioned ? ... Feb' of 2017 ?
