Discussed safety issue of combining CI in cranial cavity with doingmybest a couple a weekends ago. If they are going to experience AE or SAE it likely will be in this trial for recurrent GBM with the addition of the CI. No doubt BMY (BMS) is aware of this concern as "L" has excellent safety profile. So BMY (BMS) is taking some risk in this collaboration. I would think they'd would see early on if issues would start to arise even with small sample size. If no issues then they can expand trial and likely the use of the combo tooxd.

(Suspect they wanted BMY on board for this trial before announcing PFS threshold crossing)
