By contrast, MJMJ has, thus far, shown itself to be a failed attempt to enter the marijuana market in Colorado - as a result of a CEO who does not know what he is doing and who otherwise has a nefarious background.
The CEO is so bad that he has not filed the required financials with the SEC since last spring, has stopped issuing press releases and no longer communicates with his aggrieved shareholders.
In short, MJMJ is run by a CEO who has no problem hiding the truth from the shareholders who put his garbage business on the OTCBB.
Is that the type of CEO who has what it takes to put together a successful franchise operation ?
