Maybe, with all due respect, you are not getting my point.
Question for you to make it a little easier for you to understand;
Why would anyone invest in;
Hilton?
Sheraton?
Westin?
Best Western?
Motel 6?
and the list goes on and on.

So...for what reason would you say there would be nothing on the table for someone investing in "Bud and Breakfast"? if marketed correctly?

Maybe be "open minded" to the idea?
