According to the Ann Arbor tax assessor's database:

The Gentleman's Barber Shop is a listed owner at that address. If you click on the "Tax Information" tab, they are behind in paying their taxes.

Note: there is no picture with this listing. Also, there is no lot size. I'm not really sure what the legal significance of this tax entry is. It almost seems like an on-paper 'front' of some sort.

There is, however, another business at that address, but for a different parcel number:
