I think it be could made the business of any share holder who chose to pursue the fact that you were a paid tout without disclosing.

Also, how do you know this person did not sell any of their shares? Why would you believe him/her? Obviously, if they are willing to pay you in violation of the law, honesty is not a top priority with them. Have you seen all of this persons brokerage records?

I hope the SEC looks into your play for pay ways. I think it only fair, don't you??
