Why are most of the players on the New England Patriots offensive and offensive lines white?

If you look at the depth chart, almost all their starting players are white, except for the RB's Blount and Jackson. There is one other guy, named white. Historically, their big players mostly seem to be white. Tedy Bruschi, Mike Vrabel etc.. Sure there has been Randy Moss and Deion Branch.

Why are Patriots receivers generally white? I think is has to do with this:
