Email the company about the sec situation. Here is how they responded to me -

The SEC complaint goes back to transactions that occurred between 2008 – 2010. The sales that they object to are in 2009. They have a harsh Ruling from a Judge that Colorado Court said was unconstitutional. That issue is with the lawyers.
