And if we actually knew what the original issue was, and that it had now been resolved, I wonder how much price appreciation we would be seeing today? Probably a little more than 4 pennies. Just a guess.. It's hard to imagine the truth would have hurt the price any more than the silence, but without any clarity the market isn't going to recover any of the losses incurred due to the original issue. The way it was handled ensured we felt the full downside, but no bounce back.

For all we know, the FDA simply acknowledged the company decision to not pursue the final enrollment and therefore removed their ban from doing so. Without more detail, the door is wide open for claims that this piece of "positive news" is simply something intended to facilitate another capital raise. We will soon find out.
