"Term Loan" means can be refinanced, as opposed to equity dilution. I crossed Arch off my list when management took as much for themselves as possible months ago, but in hindsight they set up today's equity holders pretty good imo, and bought shares here.

Especially in light of new administration as well.

What's wrong with energy independence? I know has some pollution with that but I think truth lies somewhere in-between and that coal is priced too low relative to the contribution to our energy grid...
