10/04 is before 10/15 the day they need the cash. Any delay should not hurt wave.

WaveXpress IPO, with wavx now a top 5 nasdaq volume stock, If the big houses want their business, they will take WaveXpress to market. Wave IMO has slammed open a lot of doors this week.

An IPO is probable.
