Thank the Lord almighty...My wife can get off my back. This goes to $1 plus next 12 months (IMO) and my wife will have more money to spend at that mall.
I truly believe if TEMPE becomes cash flow positive by FY2008; we'll start to see surrounding communities like Scottsdale, Phoenix, Peoria, Mesa start to come on board. I used to live out there (went to school at ASU and NAU in Flagstaff); I would love to see MOBL and its subsidiaries venture out into my new home town, CHARLOTTE.
I am going to look to add to my position tomorrow as I truly believe that anything below $0.25 is a steal.
I am LONG and True on this one.
Other "Pennies" I follow are NGNM, HISC, HMSC, JMCP (just for the hell of it) and RMDG. I also own shares of DAYFF (Canadian Royal Oil and Nat Gas Trust currently with a yield of 16% which after Canadian Non-Res tax equates to a 12-13% yield.
MOBL and NGNM are my winners though!!!
