Not sure. The company has no history of massive dilution or reverse splits. Share structure has remained relatively stable for awhile. 52 week high only .0174 tells me the company and stock are largely undiscovered. We are currently in a quiet accumulation phase as a few traders have taken notice. The steady upward movement has been on very low volume so you can imagine what will happen when we get real volume, which we will as the company continues its updates.
