Allshore, that's a PRELIMINARY proxy statement (hence the title, PRE14A)

There will be no shareholders meeting/directors voting until there is a DEFINITIVE proxy (signified as DEF14A)

The date in that filing was the PLANNED date. It is not happening today.

The date is still not known.
