Yes, I had that same thought in mind for a couple of weeks until I learned about the record prosecco grape harvest in 2015, where the consortium took the excess inventory and stored it in stainless tanks as a base prosecco wine, to meet future demand.

Plus, when I realized the Sparkling Rose uses Pinot Grigio grapes, instead of the prosecco Glera grapes, that just gave me extra confidence that there would be be enough grapes for each of the best Bellissima products.

Not only that, but the prosecco region of growers have continued to add more hectares to the vineyards since demand for prosecco is so high.

And the other thing that caught my eye was how fast the bottles were going through the production line, on the CBS Sunday Morning News television second. It was at least 30 bottles per minute, and if that isn't enough bottling capacity, there are many dozens of bottlers in the region.

But what a nice problem to have...excessive demand for the product!!
