The float was not updated since June of 2016 and when I asked the CEO to update the share structure, he updated everything on the 23rd of January but forgot to have the float number updated. He did that a few days later after my request, that is why you saw an increase 3 days later when OTC updated it. So enough with your fear mongering. And YES, 222 million is a tiny float in the OTC. Now move along.......aren't you late for school.
