How are they going to pay for the 100% ownership? The owners of the Bellissa LLC in Nevada were Richie and Stephen M. Hicks of toxic financier Southridge. Richie is taking from your pocket to his and Hick's pocket. Southridge already has debt on ICNB. Southridge was already getting 30k a month from ICNB to consult Richie. Probably on how to issue more shares. Richie should contribute the balance of the LLC for zero but he won't. Why would he? The sheep are too easy to fleece.
