Map-A Clinton Whitehouse promised a war on big bad pharma. Evil, evil pharma....turns out she lost...surprised everyone. Now looking back at the big pharma enemies, who's gaming the system and driving up drug prices?

Speciality generic drug companies and to a lesser degree the entire generic drug scheme. Yes, I call it scheme....a scheme full of rules and regulations on how to profit off others success. Litigating every patent....regardless of arguments. This drives the price of drugs. New bio-similar is generic drug legislation on steroids.

What to do, what to do? First, no new regulations. Second enforce current regulations (like SPA agreements). Third, redue on generic drug laws, to comply with USPTO. Innovation can be stamped out by regulations that drive up prices. Price controls are built into a free trade market. Payers will step in and control drug prices...not big government.
