I wouldn't say it unless I have seen it happen.

I'm from the crowd of investors that used to see that happen a lot. One time I pocketed $87,000 from $3,000 worth of free shares I had after selling the shares of stock I bought at the same price this one is.

They didnt have a product and where based in Bolivia.

It is very possible with the right news.
