Regarding the FDA, BIEL knows something that they won't share, good or bad (if good, why not share?). I'm not saying they have a decision. I'm saying they know more than they've disclosed to the public.

The FDA clearance is a long shot given their generic indication for use. Efficacy relating to their selected and vague indication for use is going to be nearly impossible to prove.
