The risk is minimal, but it's uncouth. The company doesn't have a sales license yet, so no, he shouldn't be talking like that. Really, he shouldn't be saying things like that period, makes him look like his head is about to explode.
I'm not bashing, I have a small position, and I'm not impressed with that. Not the reputation you want your CEO to have.
