Suprisingly with all the crazy trading I do not know about any real dilution that would be anything substancial. There were a few guys with restricted shares who asked for it to be freed up, and maybe control shares for the deal that is taking place (merger/aquisition) but they would be restricted shares so it wouldn't affect the float. We are not really sure what is going on with the trading, but it is not billions of free trading shares being issued I can tell you that for sure. The numbers up on OTCMarkets should still be pretty close if not exact.
