Being that this is an adaptive trial, anything is possible. In reviewing the 6 "strong" performers, 3 show a dip from 31 to 40 weeks and then are higher by Week 53.

It is possible that those 3 were "fed" donezepil for some weeks, but with the poorer results during those 9 weeks, they were switched back to mono-therapy.

Until, Anavex provides more details per individual and/or the process used in the adaptive trial, we are all guessing ... and my guess is 2-73 alone is the wave of the future!
