We have heard that the question of standing to sue is now moot because Max Sound has come to terms with Vedanti of some kind, and now is an owner of the ODT patents rather than merely a licensee.
Are you able to say how Max Sound owns the ODT patents? Does it (or will it, once the agreement "springs") own the patents directly, or will it own shares in an entity that owns the patents? What proportion of the ODT patents, or shares in the entity will Max Sound own? Half of it, as has been suggested here? Or a some other amount?
Does the agreement depend on anything occurring before it comes in to being? Like payment?
