The price is down but the DOW, NASD and S&P 500 are all down heavily so I wouldn't pay it any mind at all.

Also, the company just announced a secondary designed to provide the capital needed to finance this huge acquisition also announced today. Investors typically shy away from a secondary's dilutive effect. They make a huge mistake in lumping all such moves into a negative bag when we know it takes money to feed organic growth.

Thankfully we know better.
