Oh I highly doubt it works otherwise any morally intelligent man would be screaming from the rooftops for help and pledging his own shares. He'd be 100% focused on eradicating viruses instead of 100% focused on message boards like Seymour.

They would be over-hiring and over-paying geniuses in a variety of fields to get this moving. Each day wasted is another day of people dying from horrible viruses. The excuse of this being a public company so thinking of the shareholders comes first is laughable considering the stock is in a death spiral for years and their "cautious spending" has gotten them anywhere close to anything that matters. Spending years being frugal but delaying billions in supposed profits is a joke.
