It's possible that NNVC's shit just doesn't work. Then even if they could make infinite amounts of consistent batches, it wouldn't matter.

The lack of any published results in the primary scientific literature, in spite of 6000 animal studies and Seymour's claims about papers to be published in "major medical journals" that never materialized, and the lack of a single lead after 12 years and $70M put into trying, doesn't suggest a wildly successful preclincal development program.

Valid data showing the ability to cure a previously incurable viral disease in a mouse would have required very small amounts of material, and would have made it through peer review and published in a real journal.
