It is interesting dialogue.

After interview - many points in patent such 7 to 25 were just cancelled.

They added new claims at the end - debate was related to range of A2-73 and D - they were saying that it is too wide.

Seems they are claiming at A2-73 has better results with D

The last 2 points were added but there is mistake as it says A2-72 and not A2-73

As per last point - ratio of A2-72 to D will be 2:5
(So it seems they want to continue with combo and not A alone)

Also - they agreed that the response was filed timely but have asked for extension.

Side note - when you read non final rejection - you see the techicalities in filing and how much detailed reading -analysis and questioning patent office is doing. It also shows that patent application was not filed effectively as the number points went from 27 to maybe 6 or 7.

Hopefully all the interview, clarification and agreement will pave way for approval.
