And you also still will have massive toxic debt post R/S. New notes taken on after the alleged save all LOC. They will still not be able to legally buy back shares with notes outstanding, and no money to cover preferred shareholders. A buyback is considered a dividend, that can only happen when the company has assets. This scam has run it's course and finished.
