Sorry but very WRONG!!! The preferred shares are RS as well so there is plenty of reasons for them to either run price up prior to RS or keep the price up after RS and the best way to do that is with great news. We know from PR they are negotiating notes and we also know they have said they want to buyback shares.

And you may have missed it but they are the REA DEAL. We have new Optima betting platform......we have marketing deals.....we have $7.5 million LOC and on and on.
