In generally, if they delay the Fins by Jan. 31 coming up. We will get another exception form or another 8-K document that state another 30 days and giving the date for release submit to SEC. It would be later on next Monday or Fins will coming out today or after the market close who know. I seen it always happen in the last hour or after market close usually on the last day of the month.
