The Time Machine is revolutionary in that it is portable, has it's own case, weighs almost nothing, battery powered, and massively cheaper than stationary laser devices that doctors are used to. This is the way of the future. Portable, one third the cost, and light weight. Many doctors have multiple practice offices thus making it cost-effective for them to purchase and take to wherever they need it.
It's just like when computers first came out. They were huge, stationary. Now everyone has a notebook, tablet, and smart phones which are basically computers.
