Still like to know how TPAC can legally offer for sale Unregistered private Series C Shares as a Publicly Traded Company.

Anyone? Bueller?

How can TPAC publicly trade on OTC and sell Private C Shares?

Also since the Series C shares are based on the MRVB performance. They can not be manipulated. MRVB doesn't rely on contracts either.
