The reality is any news that is deemed material to an investor should be released. If they are telling him that they're in talks then that should of been released because its material news. It definitely affects share price. They're not going to tell him and no one else.

Just like his inside information that BBD is closing a deal soon too. More BS. He's likely pumping for someone else. Anyone with that information doesn't go post it on a message board for people he doesn't know.
