You could definitely have high RRR (and potentially significant results) for SEs (i.e., certain patient subgroups, uch as diabetics) even if the RRR for the PE was small and nonsignificant. Gets at the whole issue of precision medicine - most drugs work best in certain groups, but in most cases for existing drugs we don't know who those responders are.
