So, let's just say that a big fish comes along and finally decides they want a license and use their own manufacturer or in house....what is the point of getting a humongous facility right now? Maybe this is just baby steps. Sheesh I'll take anything over their current 15k at RSM.

I expected about a 50k sq ft minimum, so I'll take the 41k sq ft
