Audits are a lot of work, for the auditors...

Audits are checklist management tasks. Sales, Expenses, Equity, Cash Flows etc. etc.

With TAUG, there is no left side (the bright side) of a Balance Sheet. They have no cash to count, they have no sales to confirm. They have no assets to verify.

I will grant that the right side (the dark side) of TAUG's Balance Sheet provides a challenge or two. Tracing TAUG's many equity and debt issuances and verifying the calculation of the derivative liability is challenging.

TAUG's cash flows are easy to calculate. There are only negative cash flows.

In fact it is difficult to believe the process took so long. I would bet it is because TAUG likely does not have good records, especially on the corporate governance issues --- cutting and pasting Board Minutes after the fact is a difficult undertaking.

The difficult audits for a company with only 1/2 of a balance sheet has to be added to TAUG's score card. No cash, no assets, no products, no business, no employees, no management, no office, no phone number, no customers. And a second or third string for litigation lawyers.

TAUG's balance sheet and public filings are a testimony to.... well.... NOTHING. Which raises a question. Why is TAUG blaming Mr. Berman and DECN as TAUG's biggest problem as it struggles to survive, and if it is true that DECN and Mr. Berman are the root causes of TAUG's descent into a vast nothingness, is TAUG committing a fraud by not mentioning DECN and Mr. Berman, identified as TAUG's biggest problems, in any of its public filings.

It bears repeating. TAUG has no cash, no assets, no products, no business, no employees, no management, no office, no phone number, no customers. All TAUG has are ghost enemies, a demonized accounting firm, lawsuits and threats of lawsuits, all played out in a ridiculous company sponsored web site and message boards. And when the smoke and fog clear, TAUG shareholders are going to be very, very surprised.
