OK here are the facts! There is NO TOXIC ICNB DILUTION! TA has confirmed once again ZERO TOXIC DILUTION! If they ever do decide to dilute they can only sell about 1 to 2 million shares per month and that is all 3 noteholders combined! I would hardly call that dilution. In a month we would not miss 1 to 2 million shares per month ahead. That will also be a lot less the higher the PPS rises. 20K per month divided by .05 will mean only 400,000 shares per month would be sold.
