I think that .31 represents our new base price, and TCLL will likely move within .31-.40 until next quarter, or until the masses get their heads out of their aces and buy this wonderfully undervalued stock...I could honestly see this moving up about .10 on every quarter of good results. Eventually getting to it's correctly valued price...who knows though...
