It's just my opinion, but I believe there will be no patent problem and Dr Missling seems comfortable it is not a problem. I know it is very easy for anyone to say we have no firm patent protection, but we have to let things play out for clarity. Also, we as shareholders and believers of course want to see P3 for 2-73 ASAP. It is coming!!! There are too many forces at work which we don't see up front - grants, greater expedition of trials, possible partnerships and or buyout offers. It goes on and on, but one thing is clear, we are on SOLID GROUND now and heading into critical and very important trials that could result in ANAVEX changing the landscape for CNS diseases. Guys - it is all VERY POSITIVE at this point in time -let it play out and clarity will evolve!!!
