Agreed, fact of the matter is...a lot of people will see the 31st as the last and only date. I would anticipate a large sell off if we do not see news by the 31st. However on the offensive that would probably prove beneficial to the MMs and longs here, why? Well that's obvious, we'd all scoop them up pretty damn quick.

Not worried about the RS at all, clearly if you look into current management that vert has appointed, we have well seasoned individuals steering the ship here.

The financials will be released prior to any RS consideration by FINRA.
